FAQs

Most courses are on-demand, which means that you can choose the course that interests you and learn at your own pace. You will need to sign-up with GreenED once, then  you can begin a course whenever you like, and stop and resume again whenever suits you.  Courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including desktop, laptop and mobile devices.

Once started, courses remain accessible in your profile, even after completion.

We aim to provide quality educational and useful content with most courses at low- to no-cost to the attendee.  In some cases, to claim CPD credit, a small admin fee may be required.

No.  We submit confirmation of course completion on your behalf to your registration organization. We will submit the information that is listed in your GreenED profile, which can be checked from your account page.  You will also receive a certificate of completion of the course from us that will remain in your profile for your reference.

Courses are typically 50-60 minutes long in order to carry the equivalent CPD credit of a 1-hour face-to-face course.  E.g. One hour online course equals 0.1 Category 1 CPD points for SACAP. Credits for each course are listed on the course’s summary page.

Courses are reviewed for CPD approval by relevant industry  Voluntary Associations and follow the same process for approval as conventional face-to-face CPD presentations. We endeavor to get approval for all professional registration organisations relevant to the course topic, i.e. SACAP, ECSA, etc.

No. The course material is the IP of the authors and they control any distribution.  For some courses, additional supporting material is made available for download and can be found under ‘Course Materials’ on the course summary page or within the course content.
