Living Product Challenge
The Living Product Challenge
The webinar will dive into the ILFI’s Living Product Challenge. The Living Product Challenge is a framework for manufacturers to create products that are healthy, inspirational and give back to the environment.
About this Event
Living Product Challenge and Declare are two programmes of the ILFI that are applicable to building and interior products. The Living Product Challenge rewards products that are regenerative in nature and improve the quality of life. Manufacturers can use the LPC framework to rethink the way products are manufactured. Instead of being “less bad”, they are creating products that have a positive impact.
Living Products are:
- Healthy and free of toxins
- Socially responsible and respects the rights of workers
- Net positive and benefit both people and the environment
Just like the Living Building Challenge (LBC) the Living Product Challenge is organised into seven performance areas: Place, Energy, Water, Materials, Health&Happiness, Equity and Beauty.
Join the webinar and learn more about how we can improve the products that we are using in our built environment and interior spaces.
